[2] Storage conditions for short period:-20℃~30℃,30~60%SOC,no more than 3 months.

[3] The default is 1 year, and the user can purchase the warranty on an annual basis, up to 5 years. The warranty does not include the replacement, installation and maintenance costs of new products, but only parts/products themselves.
